Silver is a first-year Psychology MA student on the Substance Use and Mental Health track. She received a BS in Cognitive Science, and her senior thesis examined factors associated with remission from the clinical high-risk for psychosis state. Her current research interests center on the intersection of language, communication and attachment patterns. Outside of the Human Language & Development Lab, she also works on projects examining body representation and attachment, and the relationship between fear of happiness and nostalgia.
